May 6th~ Three words: puppy dog tails. Aka cinnamon twist pastries. Aka the most delicious thing you will ever buy for $1.50! On the condiment bar there is a tub of frosting/icing… and you can put as much as you want on your pastry! They also have fresh juice, raspberry hibiscus iced tea, and coffee/espresso beverages. I haven’t had any coffee yet, but I am curious about all the different syrup flavors they have! Nice outdoor seating that attracts furry friends like this guy!

April 24th~ I hadn’t heard much about this place but one night we were really craving burgers and ended up here. So glad we did! There are so many customizations you can make, lots of yummy sides and sauces and a good wine/beer menu and 1919 Rootbeer on tap!

Must have sides: cheese curds and parmesan waffle fries.

Garlic and herb dough from Trader Joe’s makes a mighty fine pizza! On Justine’s half: alfredo sauce, shrimp and tortellini. On mine: pesto, shrimp and tortellini. All topped with cheese!

After dinner at Vic’s, we walked around St. Anthony Main. There were a lot of cool plaques with the history of the area, including the milling industry and how the electricity/power business evolved in Minneapolis with the help of the Mississippi river and water fall.

April 18th~ We got a Group On deal for this place and finally got around to using it! A cool thing about this place is they sell wine at cost, so there’s no crazy mark up! We got a bottle of white wine for $9 AND we got to take what we didn’t finish home! Food was really good. I got crab stuffed walleye and Justine got a steak. Both were super tasty!
